As a member of Swaplotto.com you fully understand that use of this site is on an “AS-IS”
basis and is to be used at your own risk without representation or warranties from SwapLotto
of any kind, whether express or implied.
1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your user name.
3. You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your password secret and
secure.
4. You must not use SwapLotto for any illegal activity pertinent to local laws and
the legal jurisdiction that Swaplotto reside.
5. You must represent and warrant that all registration information is current and
accurate to your best ability.
6. You must keep your information up to date.
As a member of this site you agree to Indemnify and hold SwapLotto, it’s owners,
employees,
partners without fault/harmless from any and all loss, liability and costs,
including, without
limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or
arising out of your
use of the SwapLotto in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach
of this
Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in
this Agreement.
In the event in which a dispute arises between SwapLotto members, such dispute
is the sole
responsibility of the respective members and not SwapLotto. SwapLotto reserves
the right, but
has no obligation to intervene in any minor or major legal disputes.
SwapLotto, Inc (“SwapLotto” or “we”) operates SwapLotto.com, which is a
free global social lottery ticket exchange network that allows its users to
create a profile page and search other site users, in order to facilitate the
interexchange of scanned and un-scanned lottery tickets.
This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and
conditions which apply to the use of SwapLotto.com. From the moment you initiate
an account creation you agreed to be legally bound by this agreement. If you feel that this agreement
is not in your best interest and wish not to be bound by it and all applicable
laws that may apply, you should immediately discontinue use of SwapLotto.com
now.
We reserve the right to add, delete, amend or modify this Terms of Service at
any time without your notification and such change becomes effective upon
posting. After such posting, your continued use of SwapLotto.com signifies your
acceptance of such additions, deletions, changes, and modifications.

Limitation on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SWAPLOTTO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY
INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SWAPLOTTO.COM, EVEN
IF SWAPLOTTO.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
