a policy to explain to you what is collected and used whenever you use our site.

1. We do not share collected information with anyone. Unless required to do so by
the law.
2. SwapLotto™ does not use cookies to track your online activities.

2. Data we collect
1. To use SwapLotto’s services you are required to enter in personal identifiable
information at sign up. This is information is necessary for a variety of reasons.
One such reason is the prevention of fraud. Additionally, your IP address is also
collected at sign up and recollected every time you log on.
3. Data that is stored in our database
1. All information that you enter on your profile is stored accordingly in our database,
even after deletion by you.
2. Interactions between members when it comes to swapping lottery tickets are stored
in our database, even after deletion by you. This includes, who initiated the swap,
who received what tickets, what lottery numbers were involved, etc.
4. Instances in which SwapLotto™ may share your personal information
1. We may, but are not obligated to, disclose your information if required to do
so by law. This may include, but is not limited to, subpoenas, court orders, or
any other legal process.
5. Keeping information secure
1. Your SwapLotto™ account is password protected. It is your responsibility to safeguard
the security of your information. One way you can do so is to log off a shared computer
once you are finish using it.
6. Children under 18 years of age
1. As with any lottery game, you must be of age to play. This applies here at SwapLotto™
as well. No individual under the age of 18 should use this site. If this does occur,
however, any information that has been collected inadvertently from such individuals
will be promptly deleted and the user banned.
