The use of this site is voluntary. If you would like to participate in this global

1. You as a user of this site will not misrepresent yourself or the lottery ticket
that you may scan/upload and send through the postal service, via your email or
via SwapLotto.com (SwapLotto.com does not encourage or condone
the exchange of lottery tickets via the postal service, internet, or any other electronic
means. The sole responsibility of the use of this site is on each individual member
and not SwapLotto.com. We are a medium (inter-state Highway) by which you choose
to perform this activity.) with any member of this site if that ticket
happens to be a winning ticket, unless agreed upon to share the lottery winning
evenly or to take a percentage of the winnings, etc.
2. You as a user of this site certify that you will NOT initiate any legal maneuvers
in hopes of retaining any or all winnings from a lottery ticket you uploaded and/or
sent to another member of the site if you agreed that all or some of the winnings
would go to that particular individual.
